Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (1 week) prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the payment.
Full Refund
7+ days before arrival → Full refund
Cancel a week or more in advance to receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable
Less than 7 days → Payment forfeited
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
How to Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel, please contact our park manager, Rick Tipps, by phone or email.
Please provice the following information:
- Name
- Arrival Date
- Confirmation Number
Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by Galveston Island RV Park. If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up to ensure your request has been processed.
